The seeds of the black oil sunflower make for fine birdseed, but did you know that the greens are a versatile and tasty ingredient as well? Their nutty, crunchy flavor is perfect to mix into a salad or enjoy on its own as a snack.
 
Rinse before use. Microgreens typically stay fresh for 7-10 days if stored properly, so please keep refrigerated. Ideal temperature for storage is approximately 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
