Growth Cycle of 8-12 days
Alfalfa has long been a favorite microgreen, beloved for its satisfying crunch and smooth flavor. In addition, it has plenty of biotin, vitamin B, potassium, and many other nutrients it can lend to your salad or sandwich.
 
Rinse before use. Microgreens typically stay fresh for 7-10 days if stored properly, so please keep refrigerated. Ideal temperature for storage is approximately 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
